Unlike optical fork sensors, the UFK1 uses ultrasonic waves, enabling it to detect transparent, reflective, metallic, glossy, or low-contrast labels with exceptional reliability.
The built-in fork design guarantees perfect emitterβreceiver alignment, eliminating manual adjustment and ensuring consistent, high-precision performance even on difficult materials.
Important: The UFK1 detects all label types, including transparent labels, where optical sensors often fail β making it a top choice for modern labeling systems.
