With support to display processed images, change inspection formulas on-the-fly, and network multiple vision sensors, the series offers enhanced control, diagnostics, and operator usability. 

Design & Functionality

• The VSM monitor comes in a compact block housing measuring approximately 96 × 96 × 40 mm, designed for panel-mount or machine-side installation. 
• Features include a colour 3.5″ LCD display and keypad interface allowing operators to view live inspection images, statistics, and change inspection formulas without a PC.
• The Ethernet interface allows connection into a LAN network, enabling one monitor to manage multiple vision sensors and stream inspection results to the production network. 
• Memory capacity supports storage of up to 20 inspection formulas, enabling quick change-over between different production items or inspection setups.
