The MV-MQ Series delivers a highly flexible family of M18-threaded AC photoelectric sensors engineered for diverse industrial detection tasks. With the ability to select from diffuse-reflection, background-suppression (BGS), retro-reflective, and through-beam variants, this series provides versatile optical detection, industrial-grade protection, and wide-voltage compatibility — making it an excellent choice for automation, packaging, logistics and manufacturing environments.

Design & Functionality

• The series uses a M18 × 1 cylindrical housing, compatible with standard industrial mounts, combining robustness with ease of installation. 
• Wide voltage input: 20…253 V AC 50–60 Hz, accommodating multivoltage AC supply systems and simplifying integration across varied infrastructures. 
• Protection rating IP67 ensures reliable operation in dusty, damp or industrial-automation environments.
• Optical selection includes: diffuse reflection (e.g., nominal ~100 mm for one variant), BGS models (50 mm or 100 mm nominal), and long-distance through-beam/receiver models up to ~16 m nominal. 
• Output type in many models: TRIAC AC output (for AC loads) with low leakage current and high load capability—ideal for controlling AC actuators or signals.
