Datasensing DG Series

The DG Series offers high-performance through-beam optical sensing in a compact Ø 10 mm body, engineered for demanding industrial installations. With its miniaturised form-factor (Ø 10 mm Γ— 41 mm), IP67 protection and robust electronics, these sensors deliver reliable detection even in tight spaces and harsh environments

Design & Functionality

  • Constructed with an ultra-compact Ø 10 mm housing (length ~41 mm), the series supports mounting in limited-space applications without sacrificing detection performance. 
  • Features a spring-latch fixing for Ø 13 mm mounting hole, enabling quick installation and solid mechanical retention in automated systems. 
  • Equipped with LED status indicator (receiver only), enabling visual confirmation of detection state and aiding maintenance or alignment tasks. 
  • Designed for harsh conditions: IP67 degree of protection, full electrical protection including reverse-polarity and short-circuit protection, and a broad operating temperature range (-25 Β°C … +70 Β°C typical).
