Design & Functionality

  • The housing is extremely compact (approx. 11 × 32 × 20 mm) enabling installation in very confined machine spaces or modular automation frames. 
  • Optical mode variants include:
    Diffuse-reflection (proximity/long-range) models with nominal sensing distance up to ~700 mm. 
    Background suppression models with nominal ranges 50-250 mm (or up to 40-300 mm in laser versions) — delivering reliable object detection near backgrounds. 
    Polarized retro-reflective variants reaching nominal ~0.05-4 m (LED) or up to ~0.3-10 m (laser) — ideal for reflecting surfaces. 
    Through-beam emitter/receiver models offering nominal distances up to ~15 m (LED) or ~30 m (laser) — suited for long-span detection. 
  • Switching frequency up to 2 kHz and response times down to ~250 µs in laser versions — enabling high-speed detection
