The AK Series delivers industrial-grade inductive sensing in a standard M18 cylindrical housing, designed for demanding material-handling and intralogistics environments. With a broad range of variants—including standard, long-distance, flush-mount and non-flush mount—the AK Series ensures reliable detection of metal parts across conveyor systems, sorting lines and AGVs.

Design & Functionality

• The sensors are housed in a nickel-plated brass M18 body, combining robustness and ease of integration in industrial automation settings.
• Variety of sensing distances: standard ~5 mm (shielded), ~8 mm (unshielded), long-distance up to ~12 mm; enabling you to choose the most suitable clearance for your installation. 
• Multiple connection and mounting options: axial cable, right-angle cable, M12 plug; suite of output logics (NO, NO+NC) and both shielded and unshielded variants. 
• Built-in robust electronics: reverse-polarity protection, short-circuit auto-reset, impulsive over-voltage protection, and ripple tolerance ≤ 10% ensure stable performance in harsh environments.

Intrinsic Synchronism

• Internal electronics handle synchronisation and signal processing, reducing external wiring complexity and making installation faster and more reliable.
• Time-before-availability is ≤ 50 ms, meaning the sensor is ready quickly after power-up.
