The AC1 Series delivers high-precision inductive detection in a highly compact Ø 4 mm form-factor, engineered for installations where space is severely limited. With nominal sensing distances down to around 0.8 mm and integrated ASIC electronics, these sensors provide exceptional repeatability and reliability even in harsh manufacturing environments.

Design & Functionality

• The sensor features a Ø 4 mm stainless-steel (or equivalent) body with ultra-short mounting distance, making it suitable for very tight mechanical layouts.
• With nominal sensing distances of approximately 0.8 mm (shielded version) or 1.5 mm (long-distance version) depending on the variant, the AC1 supports detection of very small metal targets in minimal clearances.
• Built-in ASIC electronics deliver high repeat accuracy, low thermal drift, and protective functions including reverse-polarity protection, short-circuit auto-reset and ripple tolerance — ensuring robust operation under industrial conditions.
