The SSF Series provides a premium family of stainless-steel photo-electric sensors, engineered for robustness in challenging environments, high-performance detection, and sanitary/hygienic ready construction. With all metal AISI 316L housings, high switching frequency (several kHz), rugged connectors or cable versions, and ratings up to IP69K, the series delivers exceptional durability, long service life, and secure detection even under extreme industrial conditions.

Design & Functionality

• The SSF sensors feature a rugged stainless-steel (AISI 316L) housing with compact dimensions suitable for machine-side mounting in harsh, wash-down or food-safe environments.
• Optical and configuration features include:
  • High switching speed and fast response time, enabling reliable detection in high-throughput production lines.
  • Selectable logic (PNP or NPN) and Light-On / Dark-On modes, enabling flexible integration into diverse control systems.
